What i did to turn ROAS from less than 3X to more than 22.2X
1. Problem
Time Center Jordan was investing in paid media but wasn’t hitting efficient returns — ROAS was below 3x. Tracking was incomplete (no GA4/Ads conversions/Meta CAPI or Shopify events), so decisions were guesswork. With a broad catalog of watch brands and strong seasonality (gifting peaks), users often dropped after viewing products or adding to cart. The goal was to fix measurement, scale e-commerce sales, and lift in-store demand across Jordan.

2. Approach
We rebuilt the growth stack end-to-end. First, we implemented GA4, Google Ads conversions, Meta CAPI, and full Shopify event tracking for clean attribution. Then we rolled out a layered media system across Google (Performance Max, Search—brand & non-brand, YouTube) and Meta (Advantage+ Shopping, dynamic remarketing, prospecting). SEO foundations (technical fixes, category/page intent mapping) and e-commerce enhancements (feed optimization, PDP improvements, high-intent FAQs) amplified performance.
