Pandora Jewelry lacked a dedicated, optimized online sales channel capable of capturing and converting high-value customers. Without a tailored e-commerce platform, proper conversion tracking, or a performance-driven ad strategy, their digital efforts were underperforming—stuck at a modest 3X ROAS.
